Our History
Years of Experience
Established Since
Our history began with the establishment of West Country Estates by Allan Wien in 1981. A company focussed on provincial shop investment and development.
Visa Properties was established in 1981 with an initial focus on investing in residential ground rents secured on estates of houses.
In 2014 the two companies were merged into Visa Properties Ltd.
Visa Properties, with Commerson Estate Management, has become one of the few companies with specialist and well‑regarded knowledge in this field.

Allan is a Chartered Surveyor with a background in West End Commercial estate agency and as a director of a public property company.

Richard Wien MBA
Holding a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management, Richard has experience in commercial estate agency, and business consultancy in the UK and U.S.A. He joined the company in 2003 and moved to Leeds in 2011 after establishing Commerson Estate Management to manage the retirement portfolio.
